In the DealPOS system, if you already have product data, you must ensure that your product inventory is available before you proceed sales transactions in the Sell menu. You can replenish stock by creating purchase transactions in the Buy menu or making stock adjustments in the Adjustment menu. Additionally, product's stock can also be increased by converting raw materials for production through the Manufacture menu.
On the Inventory menu, there are various inventory tabs that we provide so that you can use them to manage your reports and analyze your inventory data. Here are the tabs available on the Inventory menu::

I. Dashboard
The Dashboard tab provides a summary of the current inventory condition. It displays total inventory quantity, estimated Days Of Inventory, products below the Reorder Point (ROP), inventory trends, and inventory value.
The Summary section also displays the Buying Cost, Selling Price, Profit Margin, and Daily Movement.
II. Value
In the Value tab, you can see your current available inventory, you can also see the total qty, total cost, and total price from your inventory. We also provide additional filters where you can filter the reports based on Outlets, Category, Number of QTY, and the Discontinued status of the products.
III. Category
The Category tab displays the current inventory based on product categories. It shows the total quantity on hand, buying cost, selling price, and inventory percentage for each category.
IV. Brand
Inventory by Brand tab is a feature to check product stock based on the brand of the product. The purpose of this tab is to check the remaining stock of products from a certain brand. For more detail, you can refer to the article: Inventory Based on Product Brand
V. Outlet
The Outlet inventory tab is valuable for comparing inventory quantities between outlets, as this menu presents inventory data in a tabular format for each of your outlets.
VI. As Column
The As Column tab displays product inventory across multiple outlets in a column-based table. It shows each product’s total quantity and the available quantity in every outlet.
Users can use the filter to hide products or outlets with zero quantity, select an outlet group, choose the target date, arrange the data, and set the number of displayed rows.
VII. Timeline
The Timeline inventory tab displays product stock for a specific date. You can review stock movement over a selected period using filters. For more detail, please refer to the article: Inventory Timeline

VIII. Allocated
Allocated inventory tab represents product stock that has been ordered by customers but the fullfilment status is pending. For more detail, please refer to the article: Allocated Inventory (Reserved Inventory)
IX. Awaiting
The Awaiting inventory tab displays all products that have been ordered from suppliers but have not yet been received. For more detail, please refer to the article:Awaiting Inventory
X. Low
The Low inventory tab displays all product stocks that are below the reorder point (ROP), mininum threshold limit of product stock. For more detail, please refer to the article: Restock Inventory when Low on Stock
XI. Over
Over inventory tab is used to check the stock of products that have exceeded the maximum stock limit at a certain outlet. For more detail, you can refer to the article: Overstocked Product
XII. Highest
The Highest inventory tab will display the product with the highest quantity. For more detail, please refer to the article: Checking Inventory with Highest Quantity
XIII. In Transit
In Transit inventory tab will displays the products that you have ordered from another outlet, but have not yet been received.
XIV. Days Of
The Days of inventory tab is used to calculate the number of days it takes for the products to sold out. For more detailed, please refer to the article below:

XV. Dead Stock
The dead stock inventory tab helps identify and manage products that are not selling or have been unsold for an extended period. For more detail, please refer to the article: Dead Stock From Product Inventory
XVI. Composite Inventory
Composite inventory refers to a type of product setup where multiple individual items (components) are combined into one bundled product.
