  1. Verification & Setup: We’ll identify your existing listing and confirm it matches your current business location. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with integrating your listing into our system for ongoing management.

  2. Accuracy Check: After setup, if we notice any discrepancies between the information provided and what’s listed on your website, we’ll verify the correct details—usually prioritizing the information on your website to ensure maximum accuracy.

  3. Handling Existing Management: If the listing is currently being managed by another third party or a previous marketing agency, we’ll notify you. In that case, we may need your approval to proceed with transferring management to DearDoc. This may involve contacting the current provider to release access. If you're not ready to make that change, that’s okay—our team can still help update the listing with any new or corrected practice information you've shared.
