Getting started is simple. Here’s how Review Reply operates:
Account Connection
You’ll need to share access to your Google Business Profile so we can automate responses directly through your listing.
AI-Generated Responses
Using AI, we generate unique replies based on the content and rating of the review. Replies are personalized and may include the patient’s name, review text, and star rating.
Response Logic Based on Star Ratings
For positive reviews (4 or 5 stars): The reply will thank the patient and reinforce the positive sentiment.
For negative reviews (1–3 stars): The reply will encourage the patient to contact the practice directly (via phone or a contact page) to resolve the issue.
Built-in Quality Assurance (QA) Check
Every AI-generated response is reviewed by a second AI model that simulates a quality assurance agent. It checks to ensure:
The reply makes sense in context. It reads clearly and naturally on Google.
It doesn’t include irrelevant language (e.g., “review response” or internal notes).

Reviews are checked continuously. Replies are typically generated and posted automatically soon after the review is received. Our system checks for new reviews every 8 hours. You may see a review before our system does. Rest assured, it will be responded to as soon as our system finds it.
What if I want to delete or change a reply after it's posted?
Just reach out to our support team—we’ll log into your listing using our support credentials and remove the reply for you. You can also do this since you are your listing’s owner. You are free to delete or edit responses at your discretion.
Does the AI ever reuse replies?
Each reply is written uniquely for that specific review to make it feel personalized and authentic.
Can I choose what ratings are responded to?
The system is designed to automatically respond to all ratings regardless of the rating. This helps ensure consistency and a timely response to every review.
Can we tailor the AI to specify a few keywords?
