    Absolutely! We can embed video and image content directly into your AI Chat, as well as add hyperlinks.

  2. What is the easiest way of communicating my edit requests?

    • If you have a time-sensitive edit we recommend contacting the support team via the live chat on your DearDoc Dashboard or this HelpCenter by clicking on the blue messenger icon on the bottom-right corner of your screen, our team is live Mon-Fri 8 AM EST - 8 PM EST.

    • If you have lengthy or robust edits, we recommend contacting us via email at support@getdeardoc.com. For these edit types, you may also create supporting documents structuring the edits such as docs, excel sheets, images, etc. You may also request a full chat transcript from the Support team, before submitting your edits.

  3. Can I get a copy of my AI Chat workflow?

    Yes! You may request a full AI Chat Workflow transcript to any of our support team members via email at support@getdeardoc.com

  4. How long will it take for my edits to be completed?

    Your case SLA may vary on volume, priority, complexity, and edit length. Our goal will always be to ensure 24-hour resolution, however, some cases may take up to 48 hours, our amazing Customer Support Specialists will make sure to communicate the expected resolution time for your request.
