If you're planning on transferring ownership, selling, or closing your practice, please contact our Support Team through your Dashboard's Live Messenger, which is located in the lower-right corner of your DearDoc Dashboard in a white-and-blue chat icon.

The Support Team will point you in the right direction by putting you in contact with your Customer Success Manager who will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition.

  1. Why do I have to set up a meeting with my Success Manager at DearDoc if I sell my practice?

    It is important to update the contract information if you are no longer or will no longer be the owner of the practice. Your Customer Success Manager will guide you through the off-boarding in a promptly manner.
