โWhy did I get billed?
Upon signing up and in accordance with our service agreement, please note that the agreement will automatically renew at the end of its term. However, we will send an email notification 36 days in advance to the individual who initially signed the contract. If you believe that you have been billed in error, kindly reach out to our support team at (646) 585-9734 during our business hours. They will be able to review your specific situation and address any concerns you may have.
