If you would like to terminate your DearDoc services, it is important to schedule an off-boarding session with your designated Customer Success Manager and they will walk you through this process.

  1. Why do I have to set up a meeting with my Success Manager at DearDoc if I just want to cancel?

    We understand the urgency of terminating your business with DearDoc. To make sure there is a smooth transition offboarding your patient-facing services and products, your Customer Success Manager will be the Point of Contact to guide your through this process, just the same as when you were onboarded when singing up with us.

  2. If my billing date is coming up but my meeting is after that date, will I be charged?

    Once you get in contact with our Support Team and they create a record of your request, a request will be put in place to pause the automatic charge on your account so that you can go through your off-boarding process with your Customer Success Manager.
