DearDoc’s Review Generator is a tool we have created to help you increase the reviews patients leave about your practice and services.

DearDoc’s Review Generator is a tool we have created to help you increase the 5-star reviews patients leave about your practice and services. It is also a bad review blocker! It's an incredible asset to have on your side. It is integrated into your DearDoc Dashboard and we will show you how it works.

Request Reviews

On the top left menu of your Dashboard, you will see a green lightning bolt, click on it, then click on Send a Review Request this button will help you to send review requests to your patients with only one click.

Once you click on it, it will ask you to insert the name, email, and mobile phone number of the patient you want to send the request to:

And as simple as that you have sent a Review Request to your patient! Here's what the request will look like:

Once they click on the green Review Us button, they will be redirected to a landing page we have created especially for your practice. This page is what we call a bad review blocker since it will work as a filter for people that have some feedback for you. We want you to receive the feedback, but privately so you can deal with it without affecting your ratings. Depending on their answer, they will be redirected to a private feedback form or to a public link to post their feedback like this:

If they select Thumbs Up they will be taken to Google review directly to rate you:

If they select Thumbs Down they will be taken to a private form where they can palace their feedback and we will send that feedback directly to your dashboard:

If any of your patients have left private feedback for you, you will get a notification and also you will be able to see their feedback on your dashboard:

You can click on the Contact name that has left you a private review and it will take you to the Contact card in the conversation area on the dashboard, on the right side of the page you'll see the Contact's Activity.

Click on the Form icon and a new window will pop up, here you'll see the patient's feedback:

Review Requests sent and status

You can see the history of the requests you have sent in the Reputation Section on the left menu, click on it, then in the bar at the top, click on Requests:

You may also see the status of the requests sent.

Integrating Google My Business

To make the most of this product, you can also integrate your Google listing with the DearDoc Dashboard. This will give you real-time analytics and show you how many 5-star reviews you have.

To integrate Google My Business, please contact us at Support through your Dashboard's Live Messenger, which is located in the lower-right corner of your DearDoc Dashboard in a white-and-blue chat icon, to receive immediate assistance.


Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do we resend "Queued" Review Requests?

    If the review requests sent are marked as "Queued" please contact us at Support at (646) 585-9734 or email us at support@getdeardoc.com and we'll assist with fixing this.

  2. Can I connect my Review Generator with more Websites?

    Yes! We recommend Google as the primary option to leave reviews, however, we can add multiple websites, Healthgrades, WebMD, Yelp, etc.

  3. Can I make aesthetic edits to my Review Generator landing page?

    Absolutely! We can change the background color, logo, and style of reviews (yes, no, thumb up, thumb down, stars)

  4. Why are reviews not showing up on the Reputation page?

    If your reviews aren't showing up on the Reputations tab it is because the Google Integration to your Dashboard has disconnected, to fix it, please contact us at Support at (646) 585-9734 or email us at support@getdeardoc.com and we'll assist with this.

  5. Can we send Review Requests in another language?

    Yes! you can send Review Requests in different languages, for that we'll need the verbiage already translated and we'll assist with the rest!
