I forgot my password
If you lost your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” button on the Dashboard log-in page and insert the email address you have registered in your account. You will be sent an email with further instructions to reset it.
I know my password but want to update/reset it
If you know your password and are able to log in successfully to your Dashboard but want to update/reset it, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Dashboard using your registered credentials.
Go to Settings in the lower-left corner of your screen.
You will see your profile and located in the right-side of the screen, insert your existing and new password. Don't forget to hit Update Password when finished.
And you're all set!

Not necessarily. You can select "Forgot password" and an email with next steps will be sent to your email. Make sure you have access to the email address you used to register on the DearDoc Dashboard.
