Creating Contacts
Creating new contacts in your Dashboard is a great way to start managing all your patients from just one place. Here's how to manually create a Contact on your Dashboard:
On the left side menu, you will find a section called Contacts. Once you are in that section you will find a + symbol which will help you add new contacts:
Then a window will appear where you can add all the information of your new contact. Make sure to click Save before you exit.
Once the Contact is created you may contact them directly through your Dashboard!
*Alternatively, if you have a .CSV file with a list of contacts you would like to upload to your Dashboard or would like to add contacts in bulk, please contact us at Support through your Dashboard's Live Messenger, which is located in the lower-right corner of your DearDoc Dashboard in a white-and-blue chat icon.

Can I get a file with all of my Dashboard Contacts?
Absolutely! You may request a CSV file with all of your DearDoc Dashboard contacts to any of our support members.
โCan I delete Contacts?
We are pleased to offer assistance with the removal of contacts, as deleting contacts is a backend feature. To proceed with the removal, kindly provide us with the list of contacts through either this Live Messenger, alternatively, you may also email us at support@getdeardoc.com. We are available to promptly address your request and ensure the removal of the specified contacts.
Can I add Contacts in bulk to my Dashboard?
Yes! To facilitate the upload of contacts to the DearDoc Dashboard, we kindly request that you provide us with a CSV file. The CSV file should contain the desired contacts and include the following columns: "first name," "last name," "phone number," and "email." This will ensure accurate and comprehensive data transfer to the DearDoc Dashboard.
