DND stands for Do Not Disturb, and this means this contact won’t be getting any kind of communications from the Dashboard, ex. Email Campaigns. You can still contact them by phone or email but not directly from the Dashboard.

To set a contact in DND mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard using your registered credentials.

  2. In the left-side menu of your screen you will find an option that reads, "Contacts". Click on it. You will then see a list of your contacts.

  3. Select the contact you want to set in DND mode by clicking on their name. You will then see an array of options, including contact's name, phone number, and other relevant information. Scroll down until you find "DND". Select the channels (or all) that you want to stop from reaching the contact.

  4. Upon selecting the DND mode, save the changes by hitting the Save option.

Deleting Contacts

Deleting contacts is a task that we will help you with as we'll make sure everything in the backend is properly deleted. Please provide us at Support with a list of the contact details that you would like to remove permanently from your Dashboard.

You can do so by contacting us through your Dashboard's Live Messenger, which is located in the lower-right corner of your Dashboard in a white-and-blue chat icon, and we'll get it done on your behalf.

You may likewise send us an email to support@getdeardoc.com and include the information of the contact or group of contacts.
