How To Add New Team Members on My Dashboard

If you need to add a new employee to your dashboard, here's a quick guide about how to get it done.

If you would like to add more Team Members to your Dashboard, find below some easy steps that you can follow to get it done immediately. You will also find different options.

EASIEST AND FASTEST OPTION:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard using your registered credentials.

  2. In the left-side menu of your screen you will find an option that reads, "Add New Dashboard User..."

  3. Once clicked on that option, a form will show. Please fill out each section with the criteria highlighted there.


  4. Once completed, scroll down through the the form and click on "Submit".

Should the user meet all criteria, they will be active immediately. If the new user was opted in for lead notifications, these will be active after up to 24 business hours. If any issue is encountered with the new user credentials, you will be receiving an email within the next business day with further information.

OPTION 2

Likewise, you may send us an email to our Support email at support@getdeardoc.com and include the following information:

  1. Full name of the new user

  2. Unique email address

  3. Role/Title within the practice

  4. If you have multiple locations, kindly specify if you want the user to be added to all of them or only specific ones.

  5. Kindly specify if you want the user to receive New Lead email notifications.

We will get it done on your behalf within the next business day.

OPTION 3

You may also contact us at Support through your Dashboard's Live Messenger, which is located in the lower-right corner of your Dashboard in a white-and-blue chat icon, and we'll get it done on your behalf.

  1. Why can't I login with my new user credentials?

    If you encounter difficulties logging in with the credentials provided after creating a new user using the "Add New Dashboard User" form on your DearDoc Dashboard, it is probable that the system has identified an error. This can occur if the email address entered is already associated with another user or if the password fails to meet the required criteria. The password should consist of eight characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one special character, and a combination of alphanumeric characters. For example, "DearDoc22!". For this matter please contact our Support team via the live chat on your DearDoc Dashboard. Our team is live Mon-Fri 8 AM EST - 8 PM EST. You may also email us at support@getdeardoc.com.

  2. I am not receiving the Dashboard security code?

    Please ensure that you check both your "All Mail" folder and spam folder in your email inbox. We strongly recommend adding our email address, "do-not-reply@mg.deardoc.email," to your safe contacts or whitelist. After adding our email address as a whitelist, you can proceed to resend the code.

    If you still haven't received the code, please feel free to contact us at (646) 585-9734 during our business hours of Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM EST. Alternatively, you can reach us through the live chat on your DearDoc Dashboard or via the HelpCenter by clicking on the blue messenger icon located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

  3. Can I use the same email address for multiple users?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign a single email address to multiple users as the email address serves as a unique identifier. However, if you have a specific situation or special requirement, kindly reach out to us at support@getdeardoc.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

  4. Can we remove existing users?

    To request the removal of a user, simply send us an email at support@getdeardoc.com including the name or email address of the user you would like to have removed. We will process your request and complete the removal within 24 hours.

  5. How can I make sure I receive notifications?

    Email providers often categorize email addresses that generate a large number of communications as "spam" or "unsafe." To ensure that all communications are successfully delivered, we recommend adding our notifications email, "do-not-reply@mg.deardoc.email," to your list of safe contacts. By doing so, you can avoid any potential issues with the delivery of important messages.
