Text-to-pay Setup
Need to set up your Stripe Account to activate your Text-to-Pay product? Here's a quick guide.
There are 3 payment processors that are compatible with Text-to-pay:
Stripe
PayPal Business
Square.
In order to integrate Text-to-pay to PayPal Business or Square please request a phone call with one of our Support Specialists via email, support@getdeardoc.com. Please don't forget to add the preferred call time and day, best phone number, platform of preference, and contact name. Once we receive this information, one of our Specialists will reach out to you at the date and time indicated.
*If you have your own secure payment link and do not work with any of the payment processors mentioned above, you can contact us via Support through your Dashboard's Live Messenger, which is located in the lower-right corner of your DearDoc Dashboard in a white-and-blue chat icon, to receive immediate assistance from one of our specialists.

• On your DearDoc Dashboard, click on "Get Paid! - Text-to-pay"
• Click on 'Answer Questions' and submit
Add a new team member within Stripe:
• In the Dashboard, navigate to Team Settings.
• Select + New Member from the top right.
• Add the email address: dashboards@getdeardoc.com
• Our team will be notified internally of access and continue with the setup
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I integrate TTP with any other platform other than Stripe, Square or Paypal?
Currently, we only offer integration with three payment platforms: Stripe, Square, and PayPal. These platforms have been specifically chosen for their compatibility with Text-to-Pay. However, if you have your own secure payment link and do not work with any of the mentioned platforms, we encourage you to reach out to our Support team through your Dashboard's Live Messenger. You can find the Live Messenger as a white-and-blue chat icon located in the lower-right corner of your DearDoc Dashboard. Our dedicated specialists will provide immediate assistance and explore potential solutions tailored to your specific needs.
2. I want to change my TTP integration to a different platform. What are the next steps?
If you wish to switch your current integration platform for Text-to-Pay, kindly send an email to support@getdeardoc.com with your request. Our support team will promptly assist you and guide you through the necessary steps to transition to the new platform of your choice. Please provide us with the details of your preferred call time and day, best contact number, and platform preference in your email. Our specialists will then reach out to you at the designated date and time to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
