These issues could be attributed to the browser not showing up-to-date data, when you visit a website, your browser takes pieces of the page and stores them on your computer's hard drive. Browsers typically cache what is known as "static assets" - parts of a website that do not change from visit to visit, this is done to reduce data usage and speed up browsing.
This can sometimes lead to issues with your browser caching data that it mistakes for a static asset, this effectively hides new data with your browser just showing the previously cached data. In relation to this issue, fail to display the DearDoc Dashboard screen or load its results.

Google Chrome
In Chrome, click the menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Hover over More Tools and select Clear Browsing Data.
For time range, select All time. Make sure that “Cookies And Other Site Data” and “Cached Images And Files.” are checked, uncheck all other boxes
Click Clear Data.
Close and reopen your browser.
Microsoft Edge
Click "..." in the top right corner of the browser.
Click on Settings, then scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
Uncheck Form data and Passwords, and make sure that Cached data and files and Cookies are checked.
Click the Clear button.
Press "..." again to close the menu.
Close and reopen your browser.
Safari 8+
Go to the Safari menu and click History.
Select Clear History..
Select all history and click Clear.
Close and reopen your browser.

Go to the Safari menu and click Preferences.
Click Privacy.
Under Remove all website data click Details.
Enter Lumosity in the search box, and click Remove All.
Close and reopen your browser.

Select the menu in the top right corner (≡) and click Preferences or Options.
Click Privacy & Security from the left hand menu.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
To clear cache and all cookies, leave both boxes checked and then click Clear.
Close and reopen your browser.
