Can I change the business hours/days in which MCAI communications run?
Yes. You can adjust your Missed Call AI times and days to suit your practice's needs. Simply send us an email at support@getdeardoc.com with your request, and one of our Customer Support Specialists will take care of the rest!
If I have my landline hosted, will I be able to use it for texting?
If you have your landline hosted with us, you will be indeed able to use it for texting through your DearDoc Dashboard.
If I have 2+ locations, can I have all dashboards hosted with the same landline?
No. Each DearDoc Dashboard for each account needs their own landline or tracking phone number.
