Here's how to add the AI Chat to a Wix Website

The average patient will spend less than 15 seconds on your website before going to the next practice. You can leverage AI Chat to grab patients' attention, answer FAQs, and convert visitors into new patients.

Adding your AI Chat to a Wix Website is simple, as you'll find out below:

  1. Sign in to Wix.

  2. From the Menu bar, select Settings.

  3. Make sure you are on the “Overview” page within the “Settings menu”.

  4. Scroll down on the page to click on “Analytics”.

  5. Click on the New Tool button.

  6. Select Custom from the drop-down menu.

7. In the “Custom Code” pop-up window, follow the below steps:

  • Add your DearDoc code to Paste the code snippet here box.

  • Choose the website under Select domain.

  • Rename the code to DearDoc AI Chat under the Name box.

  • Select All pages bullet point, and select Load code on each new page from the drop-down menu under Add code to pages box.

  • Click Apply to save changes.

8. Check the practice website to ensure that the AI Chat widget is now up and running.

9. You are done!
