Automated Appointment Reminders:
With this integration, the DearDoc Dashboard can send automatic reminders to patients. You can customize the cadence of these reminders as well as the method of communication: SMS and/or email.
While you work on your essential tasks, we’ll send out these communications on your behalf to increase your productivity and conversion rate, as well as improve patient communication.
Automated Review Requests:
The DearDoc Dashboard will ask patients for reviews once you mark the appointment as “Completed” in your EMR. You can tailor these review requests to be sent via SMS and/or Email as well as the timing and cadence. This helps gather feedback without staff having to send requests manually, and instead focus more on delivering exceptional patient care.
Online Booking
Convert your AI Chat into an online booking system. This new functionality allows your AI Chat to serve as an online booking service, enabling patients to schedule appointments or make requests based on your calendar availability. The information is seamlessly integrated into the doctor's agenda, streamlining the scheduling process for both your team and patients.

Will this integration interfere with any of our processes?
If your practice does not currently have any other integrations with your EMR, our integration will not interfere with any established processes or workflows within your EMR. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate our system without disrupting your existing operations.
