Welcome to our EMR Integration Call Preparation! We want to ensure that your call with our integration specialist is smooth, productive, and tailored to your specific needs. By providing the necessary details in advance, you can make the most of our meeting.
What to Prepare:
During your call with our integration specialist, please be ready to discuss and provide the following details:
EMR Database: Ensure you have access to your physical server or cloud database.
Local or Cloud-Based Server: Let us know whether your EMR/EHR system is hosted on a local server or in the cloud.
Appointment Completion in Your PMS: Share how you mark an appointment as completed in your Practice Management System (PMS).
Timing for Review Requests: Specify how soon after a completed appointment you'd like review requests to be sent out. For example, is it 1 hour, 1 day, or another timeframe?
Frequency for Returning Patients: If applicable, indicate how long between visits for returning patients until we can send them another review request. Is it 6 months, 1 year, or a different duration?
Appointment Reminders: If eligible and interested in sending appointment reminders (for scheduled appointments, not patient recall), outline the cadence for when you'd like reminders to be sent out. Note that not all PMS systems may be eligible for reminders.
Additional Information: Feel free to share any extra details or requirements that will help us better prepare for our meeting.
Please Note ๐ฏ
Please ensure that if your EMR/EHR software is hosted on a local server, you have access to the server or your cloud database and the admin username and password for your software. This is necessary as our meeting will be conducted over Zoom, and screen sharing will be required to complete the setup.
If you have any questions or need assistance at any point during this process, our Live Chat feature is located in the lower-right corner on this page. We are here to help and ensure your integration goes as smoothly as possible.
Thank you for preparing for your call with our integration specialist. We look forward to assisting you and helping you get the most out of your integration experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this integration interfere with any of our processes?
If your practice does not currently have any other integrations with your EMR, our integration will not interfere with any established processes or workflows within your EMR. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate our system without disrupting your existing operations.
Is the integration HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely! We prioritize the security and privacy of patient information. Our Dashboard, integration programs, and personnel are all compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We utilize encryption and adhere to the highest standards to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
When will the review request be sent after the patient checks out?
While there are no default settings for the times to trigger the review request, we do have recommendations based on our previous experiences. However, we understand that every practice is unique, and we can certainly adjust the timings to meet your specific needs. We suggest sending review requests within 1 to 3 hours after a completed appointment. Ultimately, the choice is yours, and we're here to help you set the timing that best suits your practice's requirements. Just let us know your preferences during the call with the integration specialist, and we'll make sure it's set up just the way you want it.
How long does the integration process take?
The integration process typically takes between 24 to 48 hours after meeting with our Integrations Specialist to go live. Our team will work efficiently to ensure a seamless integration experience for your practice.
Can we integrate both Review Requests and Appointment Reminders?
While we offer integration for Review Requests, it's important to note that not all EMRs are compatible with automated appointment reminders. Our team will assess the compatibility of your specific EMR and inform you of the available integration options during the consultation process.
