The onboarding process for Apple Business Connect is simple and straightforward. To get started, simply visit the Apple Business Connect website and create an account (you will need an Apple ID).

DearDoc's team of experts will help you create a custom listing for your business, designed to help your business stand out and attract more customers.

I already have an Apple Business account

If you already have an Apple Business Account:

  1. It will ask you to sign in with your Apple ID

  2. Verify your account *If it's already verified, you can skip this step

    To verify your location, you can select Phone Call (Instant) to Request a Verification call (to the number entered in your listing), and they’ll provide you with a Code which you’ll have to enter on the screen, and that’s it!

  3. On the left menu click Team and then Invite Team Member.

  4. Type the First and Last Name fields as follows:

    First name = DearDoc

    Last name: Support

    Email: support@getdeardoc.com

    Role: Company Admin

  5. Then simply click “Invite”.

I don't have an Apple Business Account

Follow the steps below if you haven't created an Apple Business Account yet:

How to create an Apple Business Account

  1. Click: Select the type of business based on the number of locations, and click Next.

2. Type: Search for your business name and once you find it select it and verify the information is correct. Then click Next

3. Verify: Verify the information and click Next once is correct.

4. Add: Type the Legal Company Name and Location address and Accept the Terms of services

5. Get Verified: The last step is to verify your location, you can select Phone Call (Instant) to Request a Verification call (to the number entered in your listing), and they’ll provide you with a Code which you’ll have to enter on the screen, and that’s it!

Once it is verified, the next thing to do is add DearDoc as admin. Follow the steps below.

  1. On the left menu click Team and then Invite Team Member.

  2. Type the First and Last Name fields as follows:

    First name = DearDoc

    Last name: Support

    Email: support@getdeardoc.com

    Role: Company Admin

  3. Then simply click “Invite”.
