To access the Analytics tab:
Navigate to the left-side menu in your DearDoc Dashboard.
Click on the "Analytics" option.
Selecting a Date Range
At the top-right of the Analytics page, you can select a specific date range to filter your data. If no date range is selected, the data displayed will cover all time.
AI Chat Data Points
Here are the key metrics you can track for your AI Chat:
Total Number of Chats: This shows the total number of chats opened within the selected date range.
Total Number of Referrals Sent: This indicates the total number of patient referrals received. A chat is considered a referral if the patient provides their name and either a phone number or email.
Total Time Spent on Chat: The total amount of time (in minutes) that patients have engaged with the AI Chat. The longer a patient spends on your website, the more positively it impacts your website's Google search ranking!
Your Most Commonly Asked Question: The most frequent interaction among your patients.
Number of AI Chats: Breakdown of the total number of AI Chat interactions by their status (Chat Opened vs. Referral Sent) and by the selected time frame (Cumulative / Month / Weekday / Hour).
Chats Opened vs. Referrals Sent: "Chats Opened" means the chat was initiated by a website visitor. "Referrals Sent" means the practice received a name and phone/email.
Percentage of Chats with New Patients vs. Existing Patients: This chart shows the percentage of patients identifying as 'New' vs. 'Existing' within the selected date range.
AI Chat Usage by Device: Breakdown of the total number of AI Chat interactions by the device used (e.g., mobile, desktop) within the selected date range.
Most Commonly Asked Introductory Questions: The number of times specific questions have been asked by patients during their chats within the selected date range.
Top Chat Locations: Breakdown of AI Chat interactions by the location where the patient engaged with the chat. Note that these results may be influenced by patients using a VPN, which alters the perceived geographic location of the web browser.
Reviews Analytics
If you have Review Generator as part of your DearDoc Services, you can access the 'Reviews' analytics tab. Here are the key metrics:
Total Number of Reviews Received: Total number of Google reviews within the selected date range.
Number of Positive Reviews Received: Total number of Google reviews with a star rating of 4 or 5.
Total Number of Bad Reviews Blocked: Number of private feedback forms submitted by patients.
Most Popular Review Rating Received: Most common star rating for Google reviews.
Average Review Rating Received since Onboarding with DearDoc: Overall average rating for your GMB listing from the moment your account services went live with DearDoc.
Reviews Over Time: Timeline showing changes in total positive reviews (4-5 stars) and other reviews (3 stars or below) by the selected time frame (Cumulative / Month / Weekday / Hour).
Reviews by Rating Value: Bar graph showing the number of reviews received based on ratings from 1 to 5 stars.
Text to Pay Data Points
If you have the Text to Pay add-on, you can track the following metrics:
Total Payment Requests: Total number of payment requests sent via text within the selected date range.
Total Payments Completed: Total number of payments successfully completed through Text to Pay within the selected date range.
Amount Received: Total amount of money received from payments completed through Text to Pay within the selected date range.
Average Amount Received: The average amount received per payment transaction within the selected date range.
Payments Over Time: Timeline showing changes in the total number of payments and the amount received over the selected time frame (Cumulative / Month / Weekday / Hour).
WebMD Data Points
If you have the WebMD add-on, you can track the following metrics:
Visibility Metrics: This chart provides insights into the total number and distribution of interactions with your WebMD profile, including:
Competitor Impressions: The number of times your profile appeared on your competitors' profiles.
Total Impressions: Total number of times your profile appeared as a search result.
Profile Views: The number of times your profile was clicked on.
Impressions vs. Profile Views: "Impressions" refers to your profile appearing in search results, while "Profile Views" refers to the number of clicks on your listing.
Contact Metrics: This chart shows the total number of patient interactions with various contact methods on your WebMD profile, including:
Website Clicks: Number of times patients clicked through to your website.
Calls: Number of times patients called your practice from the WebMD profile.
ChatNow (AI Chat) Clicks: Number of times patients clicked on the ChatNow feature.
Percentage Comparison: The percentage distribution of each contact method compared to the others.
Visibility and Contact Metrics Over Time: A timeline bar graph displaying changes in the visibility and contact metrics over the selected time frame (Cumulative / Month / Weekday / Hour).
