If the cashback you received is lower than expected, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
First, check the campaign terms carefully. Cashback promotions often apply only to specific assets, a defined investment period, or a limited time window. Investments made outside the campaign dates or in non-eligible assets are not included in the calculation.
Second, verify the invested amount that qualified for the promotion. Cashback is typically calculated only on the principal amount invested in eligible assets. It does not apply to accrued interest, previously received interest, secondary reinvestments, or amounts that were canceled while still in "Subscribed" status.
Third, review whether there was a maximum cashback cap. Some campaigns limit the bonus to a certain investment amount per investor. If you invested more than the capped amount, cashback would only be calculated up to the stated limit.
Fourth, check if early repayments occurred. If an asset was repaid early, cashback may be calculated based on the actual invested period or according to specific campaign rules.
Fifth, confirm whether taxes or adjustments were applied. In some cases, regulatory withholding or rounding rules may slightly affect the final credited amount.
You can verify the exact cashback credited to your account by going to the "My Balance" page and filtering transactions by "Cashback."
If, after reviewing the campaign terms and your qualifying investments, the amount still seems incorrect, contact support@debitum.investments from your registered email and include the campaign name, the assets involved, and the invested amounts so the team can review the calculation.
