All purchased licenses MUST be activated before they will begin mining.

Please check the Licenses page in your dashboard to ensure all licenses have a date ‘Created At,’ a date ‘Activated At’ and the word ‘Perpetual.’ If any of your licenses do not have all three, you NEED to activate your license, it is NOT mining.

To activate your license, follow one of the options below:

Option 1: (Easiest) Click the link provided in the email you should have received with the subject line: Your Licenses Are Ready To Activate. At the bottom of the email, click on all links provided.

You will know this was successful when you receive another email within a few minutes with subject line: Your License Has Been Activated.

If you cannot find the activation email sent to you, follow the following steps.

Option 2: Login to your Dashboard by visiting https://app.thedebtbox.com/ Click on Orders. Locate the Orders that need to be activated and click the download icon next to the license.

Download and save the spreadsheet. Open the spreadsheet and copy and paste the ‘Activation link’ located in column J into your browser. This will activate your license.

NOTE: If you have multiple inactivated licenses, you will need to complete Option 1 or 2 above for each license.

Once your license is activated, it will begin mining during the next 24 hour mining cycle which begins at 5:00 pm MST.
