From a computer or laptop: When you login, click on your name in the top right corner, then click Profile. From your profile, click on Wallet, then Reveal Mnemonic Phrase, enter your password and click reveal phrase. Please copy this phrase and keep it in a safe place.

From a browser on your phone: Click the drop down arrow in the top right corner. Click Profile. Click the User Menu drop down. Select Wallet. Click Reveal Reveal Mnemonic Phrase, enter your password and click reveal phrase. Please copy this phrase and keep it in a safe place.

From the D.E.B.T. Mobile App: Click Wallets in the bottom tray. Click the settings icon in the top right corner. Click Mnemonic Phrase. Click on the 3 statements to acknowledge your understanding. Click continue. Click Reveal. Enter your password. Please copy this phrase and keep it in a safe place.

To be able to reveal your mnemonic phrase and withdraw from the Piggy Bank, please restore or reset your wallet:

If you have your mnemonic phrase: Restore your wallet. Navigate to the profile section of your D.E.B.T. Dashboard/Click Wallets. Click Restore Default Wallet. Enter your password and phrase. Your wallet will be reconnected to your account. Your phrase is 12 words with a space between each, you will enter your phrase in the box exactly as it was provided to you.

If you do not have your mnemonic phrase: Reset your wallet. Navigate to the profile section of your D.E.B.T. account/ Click Wallets. Click RESET DEBT WALLET. If you have transferred tokens to your D.E.B.T. wallet you will lose access to these tokens. Your Piggy Bank Rewards will NOT be affected if you reset your wallet. After your wallet is reset, display your mnemonic phrase and keep this in a safe place. You will need this in the future. To display your phrase, again, Click on Wallets in your profile and select Reveal Mnemonic Phrase. Enter your Password and click Reveal Phrase.
