Translating or changing the language on your site and reviews can help to differentiate your brand and reach a wider audience.
You can integrate a translation app, like Weglot, for a multilingual experience or change the headings to align the language to the brand, which will enhance the customer experience.
One thing to note, the translation apps will change the language of the reviews not of the entire site.
How to Change the Text
STEP 1
In the Reviews dashboard, click on Display Reviews.
STEP 2
Click Reviews Widget.
STEP 3
Click on Look & Feel.
STEP 4
Change the headings for the reviews form and sections to align with your brand. Click Save to apply the changes.
