Publishing the review date is a simple yet effective way to improve brand credibility and user experience. Knowing that products change as new features are added, the date allows shoppers to assess the relevance and timeliness of the information provided.
Something to take note of, when you import reviews from another app, all the reviews will have the current date instead of the original date. In this case, you may want to hide the review date and start showing the date when you have more current/recent reviews.
How to Show the Review Date
STEP 1
From the Dashboard, click on Display Reviews.
STEP 2
Click Reviews Widget.
STEP 3
Move the toggle to Show date.
STEP 4
Select a date format.
STEP 5
Click Save to apply the changes.
How to Hide the Review Date
STEP 1
From the Dashboard, click on Display Reviews.

Move the Show date toggle to hide the date.
STEP 4
