The Review filter helps customers easily search through product reviews to find information relevant to their needs. They can use sorting options to find the most helpful, recent, or positive reviews. This feature can improve customer satisfaction and increase trust in your brand.
How to Show/Hide the Review Filter Bar
STEP 1
Login to your Debutify Reviews account and click on Display Reviews.
STEP 2
Click on the Reviews widget.
STEP 3
Scroll down until you find the filter settings.
Check or uncheck the "Show filters" option to show or hide filters for customers.
Enable or disable the "Reviews with media only" checkbox so customers can filter reviews that include images or videos.
STEP 4 (Optional):
Choose the default sort by and default display options, allowing you to control how reviews appear initially for customers.
STEP 5
Click Save to apply the changes.
