The Recently Viewed widget is a useful tool for both customers and store owners. This widget enables customers to easily see their product search history and aids in closing the sales transaction. It shows up to 3 products that customers have visited in your store.

The Recently Viewed widget is automatically added to your store's website. It appears on the side or bottom of the page, depending on your website's layout. When a customer visits a product page, the widget will display the product's image, name, and price. If the customer clicks on the product, it will be added to their recently viewed list.

The Recently Viewed widget makes it easy for customers to keep track of products they are interested in. Instead of having to remember the name or search for the product again, they can simply click on the widget and find the product they were previously looking at. This saves time and makes the shopping experience more convenient for customers.

The Recently Viewed widget is also beneficial for store owners. It provides valuable insights into customer behavior and interests. By seeing which products are being viewed the most, store owners can make informed decisions about their inventory and marketing strategies. Additionally, the widget can help increase sales by reminding customers of products they were interested in but may have forgotten about.

The enablement or disablement of widgets depends on the version of your Debutify Theme. Please follow the correct guide based on your theme version:

STEP 1

Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.

STEP 2

Click on the Theme settings icon.

STEP 3

Scroll down and locate the Debutify Widgets tabs. You’ll find the following categories:

Expand the relevant widget category by clicking on the arrow next to the tab name.

STEP 4

To enable a widget, check the box next to the widget name. To disable it, simply uncheck the box.

Sign in to your Debutify Theme Login Portal at platform.debutify.com, and navigate to the Widgets section.

STEP 2

Choose your widget from the Widgets menu, either by searching or filtering by category.

To enable or disable your chosen widget, click on the toggle switch.

Access your Shopify Admin's Theme Library to open the theme customizer.

STEP 2

Go to Theme Settings > Recently viewed. On the settings, you can assign the product limit.

On the floating bar, you can choose to have it shown on desktop or mobile.

You can also choose the position either left or right.

Click Save.
