Sending money with DecafPay is simple. Your contact doesn't need a Decaf account beforehand—they'll just receive a WhatsApp message letting them know you've sent funds.
How to Send Money
Log in to your DecafPay account at https://www.decaf.so/
Tap Send Money.
Enter the amount you want to send.
Fund your payment if your balance is not sufficient:
Card payment (available in supported countries)
Bank transfer (available from USD, MXN, and EUR bank accounts)
Crypto transfer (via the Stellar blockchain)
Enter your recipient's WhatsApp number. Double-check that the number is correct.
Continue with the payment.
Before confirming, you'll see a message explaining the withdrawal options available to your recipient. For example:
💡 Recipients in this country can only withdraw to a bank account.
Make sure the available withdrawal method works for your recipient before confirming the transfer.
What Happens Next?
Your recipient will receive a WhatsApp message from Decaf informing them that you've sent funds.
They simply need to follow the withdrawal instructions in the message and choose how they'd like to receive their money.
