How to Withdraw Your Funds
Log in to your DecafPay account.
Select Send Money.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method:

To withdraw to a bank account, you'll first need to complete identity verification (KYC).
Once you're verified:
Select Bank Transfer.
Add your recipient bank account details.
Review the transfer information and confirm the withdrawal.

You can also withdraw your funds as cash through MoneyGram.
Select MoneyGram Cash Pickup.
You'll be redirected to the MoneyGram withdrawal form.
Enter the required recipient information.
Submit the request to receive a reference number.
Visit any MoneyGram location with your reference number and a valid government-issued ID to collect your cash.
Crypto Withdrawals
💡 Crypto withdrawals are not available by default on DecafPay.
If you need to withdraw your funds as cryptocurrency, please contact our Support team and explain your use case. Under valid justifications we may enable crypto withdrawals if the available fiat withdrawal methods don't meet your needs.
