This tutorial guides you through withdrawing funds from your Decaf balance directly to a bank account.
Log in to your DecafPay account.
Select Send Money.
Choose Bank Transfer Method
Add your recipient bank account details.
Select the country where you want to send the funds.
Bank transfers are currently available for bank accounts in:
🇺🇸 United States
🇪🇺 Eurozone (SEPA)
🇲🇽 Mexico
🇨🇴 Colombia
🇧🇷 Brazil
🇦🇷 Argentina
🇻🇪 Venezuela
Click "Continue setup" to do a one time verification
Choose Bank Account
Once your verification is approved, you can add the recipient’s bank account details
Select from Existing Bank Account
You can continue adding bank accounts from any of our supported countries, and they’ll all appear listed here.
Then, select the account you want to send funds to and click “Use this account.”
Set up the withdrawal amount
Enter the amount you want to send, and the calculator will show you the estimated amount the recipient will get.
Confirm the withdrawal.
