Receiving money from friends, family, or clients is simple with Decaf. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to receive your first transfer:
🏦 Step 1: Share Your Banking Details
Share your Decaf account details with the person or company sending the funds.
It's a standard U.S. bank transfer—no special steps needed.
💡 Find your bank account details in your Home screen > Add > Bank Account > US bank account
💰 Step 2: Receive the Funds in Your Balance
Once the deposit is made, it will appear as USDC in your Decaf app within 1 to 3 business days.
💡 Keep in mind that Decaf only accepts ACH transfers within the United States.
If it takes longer, don’t worry—your money is safe. It may just mean that ACH cycles might be delayed. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll help track it down.
🚫 Important Note: We do not currently support international transfers via SWIFT.
Limits
For U.S. residents: Under $4,000 per transaction limit. Transactions above this limit may be rejected unless advance notice is provided.
For non-U.S. residents: Third-party person-to-person payments are permitted for amounts less than $2,000.
💡 There are no limits if you are receiving payments from a business.
