Receiving money from friends, family, or clients is simple with Decaf. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to receive your first transfer:
🏦 Step 1: Share Your Banking Details
Share your Decaf account details with the person or company sending the funds. If you're using a Shared account, be sure to include the Deposit Message so the sender adds it to the transfer. It's a standard U.S. bank transfer—no special steps needed.
💡 Find your bank account details in your Home screen > Deposit > US bank account
💰 Step 2: Receive the Funds in Your Balance
Once the deposit is made, it will appear as USDC in your Decaf app within 1 to 3 business days.
💡 Keep in mind that Decaf only accepts ACH transfers within the United States.
If it takes longer, don’t worry—your money is safe. It may just mean some details (like the Deposit Message) were missing. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll help track it down.
