When you create your Decaf wallet, you will be given a Secret Recovery Phrase, and an account is automatically generated. You'll see that as your default account.
If you'd like to create and manage multiple wallets, you could do so simply by adding more wallets. All these new wallets will be associated to the same Secret Recovery Phrase.
Go to Profile > Wallets
Add new wallet
Edit your new wallet name
