Application Detail - Your one-stop shop for everything related to an application. All of the information filled out by applicants will be displayed here, in addition to financials, credit reports, background check information, internal underwriting notes, collateral filing, and so much more.

➡️ How do I get to the Application Detail Page? From the home page, Navigate to Applications, then select the application you would like to view.

Top Display - Shows key applicant information, application stage and date, team members assigned to the client and the application, date the application was last updated by the applicant, overall outlook, application % complete, and more.

Application Tabs
on the left Side - (sample below) reveal applicant information collected and analyzed during the application process. Some tabs are visible to applicants while other internal tabs are visible to Decipher users only. This is customized for each lender. Each tab may contain Credit Reports, Evaluation Criteria, Files Uploaded under that section, Financials, Evaluation criteria, internal team notes, UCC information, specific pricing information for that client, and any documents being modified/sent to this particular applicant.

💡 Tip: If you want to know what Tabs can be seen by applicants at the point of application, go to Application Templates, choose the template and click the Preview button.

Dashboards
- Many dashboards can be found displaying charts, graphs, and other information depending on what Tab you click on. The dashboards show a live and quick snapshot of your applicant. This may be blank if no information has been entered (new application) or if financials/banking have not been connected. Some information may also be blank if the application has not been evaluated.
