Option 1: If your account is enabled with our "Document Checklist" feature you can navigate to the Tab and see a full list of all documents by category. All documents uploaded by clients in their portal will display here in real time. You can also upload individual documents under the applicable category by clicking on the Cloud. If your account does not have this tab, you contact support and request to have it added (additional fees may apply).
To Upload a file in the Checklist drag and drop the file into the Cloud or click on the Cloud to select a file from your computer.
To view a document, click on the document name. Some documents like image files may not be opened to view and may download to your computer. PDF and Excel documents should open for viewing.
Option 2: If you don't have the Document Checklist, under each tab, you can view the documents that were uploaded by a prospect and upload documents as well.
For example, under the Company Information tab under Documents List, several document categories are shown that can be uploaded. Some of them may be required and are shown with a red box next to the name. Documents can also be deleted from here.
Once a document is uploaded a ✔️will appear.
Option 4: From the Companies Tab, all uploaded documents can be seen in list form.
