My logo is not showing up in my application template

Troubleshoot a logo not showing up at the top of application templates.

If your logo is not showing up at the top of an application template, there are two places to look and ensure the settings are correct.

  1. Navigate to Application Templates. Click Edit on the desired template. 

Click on the Edit button at the top right-hand corner.

Check to ensure the option "Show Logo on Application" is set to YES. If not, click on YES and then Click Update to Save. After saving, click the Preview button to confirm the logo is showing. If a preview is already open, you will need to refresh it to see the changes.

2. Navigate to Account Settings > Design tab. Ensure your logo has been uploaded. An image of your logo will be displayed if it has been uploaded to Decipher.

Note: Only JPG and PNG types with a minimum width of 500px are allowed. If your logo does not meet those requirements, it will not be saved. Contact Decipher Support for help or contact your internal support to obtain a logo with at least 500px.
