Step 1: In Application Templates, click the Preview button to open up a preview of your application. This will open a separate browser tab where you can preview the changes.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings on the upper-right corner (visible to Admin users only)

Step 3: Click on the Design tab

Step 4: Add Logo: Add a Logo to your application template. Supports PNG / JPG formats only. Logo must be a minimum of 500px. Important: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update to Save Changes then Refresh the Preview tab to see the changes. For best results, use a high quality logo obtained from a designer, contact Decipher Support via chat, to request design assistance.

Change the Tab Icon (Favicon). This is the little icon that is displayed in the browser tab of your application. Supports 16x16 px or 32x32 px and must be ICO format. (Example below: orange circle image)

Change the Tab Title. When prospects open your application, they will see this title on the browser tab. Example: Carrier Application.

Primary Color: This color choice is used for E-signature documents only. Please contact Decipher Support at support@deciphercredit.com before making any changes.

Edit Logo position: You application is currently set to default to Sidebar positioning, which is the most preferred option and generally looks the best. If you would like to change this, other options include Top Left, Top Center, and Body Center.

Note: Click Update to Save any changes. Update button is located at the bottom of the design screen. To preview changes, first click update to save, then refresh the Preview screen.
