š Client Memo / Client Summary
There are two ways to download documents.
Option 1: Use the "Quick Downloads" button.
Step 1: Navigate to the top of an application. Click the Quick Downloads icon.
Step 2: Click to download the document. Documents available for download will show up. If a menu appears showing multiple contacts, select the appropriate ones from the drop-down options so that information from that contact will be placed in the document.
Note: If no documents are available for quick download, you can add them from where a document is stored in Document Templates.
Option 2: Download a document from the Email editor.
Step 1: Navigate to the desired Application, click on the Email button.
Step 2: Select the desired Document Template and click Download. If one does not show up from the list that appears, contact support and request for a client summary to be placed in your account.
Step 3: If several Recipients show up for you to choose, select the correct ones so that Decipher will pre-fill their information into your summary. Even though you are not sending this summary to your clients, this allows you to select the parties that will be included in your summary and is the signal to Decipher to pull their information and pre-fill it into your document.Ā
Step 4: Click the Download button. This will download the file with your client information pre-filled. Client Memos are typically downloaded in Word but some documents may be PDFs.
