You may be used to printing out entire files of information on your clients. With Decipher, all files and reports are digitally stored for your viewing/use and a backup of each file is kept so there is no need to print out entire files. From time to time, you may need a copy of a background or credit report pulled, follow the instruction below.

To Print out People Search, Criminal Search or Bankruptcies & Liens Reports:
Step 1: Navigate to the desired Background Report and Locate the Open icon on the Upper Right hand corner of the Report. Example: People Search
Step 2: Click on the Open Button on the Upper Right Corner of the Report.
Step 3: A new browser window will open with the report. You can now Print or Save as PDF.
Printing Business Credit or other reports without a Print option. If you see a report that does not have a Print button option, this is because that Credit Bureau does not provide the possibility to Print out a report via API. In less technical terms, not all credit bureaus provide the instructions for printing when cloud-based systems connect to them so a digital image is displayed but printing is not available. If you would like a PDF of a Credit Report or another Report that does not have the print option, please contact Support and we will provide one for you via Email.
