Trouble viewing an Application or Decipher

Applicant reports the application looks distorted/they aren't able to navigate or you log into Decipher but some information is blank.

Problem: Your applicant says they are having trouble accessing the application, they try to click into it but information doesn't look right and they are unable to navigate. You log into Decipher but much of the information appears blank or looks distorted. 

Why is this happening? The most likely reason is that Internet Explorer is being used. Internet Explorer is not supported by Decipher since it is outdated and no longer supported by Microsoft. Microsoft discontinued supporting Internet Explorer in 2016 when it introduced Microsoft Edge. As a result, Internet Explorer is no longer compatible with the majority of cloud-based systems and software. 

Solution: Switch to any of the common browsers below. See the usage numbers next to them. 

Google Chrome: 71%
Mozilla Firefox: 9%
Microsoft Edge: 8%
Apple Safari: 4%
