The wrong person authorized the application or information is incorrect

Problem: The authorization section reveals the wrong person authorized the application or the information is misspelled or incorrect. 

Why is this happening? As soon as an application is submitted, the authorization section becomes locked for security purposes. This is to avoid individuals not authorized to provide unauthorized permission.  

Solution: Please contact Decipher support and ask for the authorization to be reset.
