Send a Document for E-Signature - Single Signers

How to send out a document for E-signature for single signers or when single party information is included in the document

Decipher has Electronic signature features built into our platform. Not only can you send out documents though Decipher and they will get tracked, but Decipher also prepares documents beforehand so that information is automatically filled in. Information for your applicants can be filled in automatically and then sent for signature if they have been prepared in advance.ย 

Follow the Steps below for sending successful E-signature documents when only a Single individual is involved.

This steps here are for specific documents only the Primary Contact or a Guarantor is receiving. Applies to Personal Guarantees and other forms such as W-2. If you aren't sure, please chat with us or Email us at support.ย 

๐Ÿ”Ž Step 1: Ensure all the information that is being automatically pre-filled into your document is complete and accurate. If fields are blank, they will not be automatically filled into documents. Check the Company Information, the Business Owner information and any other information that may be necessary to pre-fill your document.ย 

๐Ÿ‘ค Step 2: Ensure the roles for the Primary Contact and any Guarantors are correct. The Primary Contact of the application is usually the person signing your Master Agreements, Addendums, etc. These documents are usually only required for the primary business owner or may sometimes be sent to guarantors.ย 

  1. Look at the Top of Application Detail to see who is listed as the Primary Contact on the application. You will see the primary contact's name at the top left corner of the application detail.ย 

  2. If not sure or not correct, Navigate to Clients and click on each business owner to ensure the correct person is assigned as Primary Contact.ย 

๐Ÿ“ง Step 3: Proceed to Click on the Email button found at the top of Application detail.ย

๐Ÿ‘€ Step 5:
Select the Option to Download the file to Preview it. This allows you to ensure the information that is being auto filled by Decipher is correct.ย

: If all looks correct, select the Recipient and Email template (if available).ย
