Once you send an Email from Decipher, there are several places to view the record of Emails sent and received.
Option 1: View Emails in your Main Dashboard in Application Detail. You should see the Record of Emails showing, if you have selected to display the Emails panel.
Option 2: Click on the Email string Icon to view all incoming/outgoing emails.
