Automatic notification options available in Decipher

There are various types of notifications available in Decipher. They can be accessed by Admin users by going to Account Settings on the Upper Right corner in Decipher. Please see the options below. Contact us if you need assistance. 

  • Internal Email notification at application stage - Internal email to your team when an application changes to a particular stage. Examples: Sales wants Underwriting to be notified when a deal is complete and ready for underwriting or Underwriting wants Operations to receive an alert when a client is ready for their first funding.  

  • Client Email notification at application stage - Outgoing email to applicant upon their application reaching a certain stage. For example, when an application is submitted or pre-approved, you may want to trigger another automatic message with next steps for the applicant.

  • Application Submit - Message that appears to the applicant as soon as they click Submit on the application. Example: Your application has been received! We will be in touch shortly.

  • eSignature Landing Page - Message that appears at the top of the page when a document is received for signature that is sent by Decipher. Example: Review & Sign Below. The message will include your Logo as well.
