When a prospect starts an application, Decipher can automatically send them a Welcome Email from you with a Unique Link to their Application. Follow the Steps below to be copied on the Email.
➡️ Step 1: Navigate to Email Templates if you are an Admin user. If you are not an admin user but would like to be notified please contact us via chat support.
Step 2: Click on the email of the type Application Link. Ensure this is the correct email template that is sent out when an application is started. There may be several if you have different versions of your application or multiple separate financial products.
Step 3: Click to Edit. Add your email to the CC field or add "Client_assigned_user_email" which will ensure that the Sales/BDO/RM assigned to that specific deal will receive a copy.
🎉 Success! The person assigned to the Client or a particular Email address you enter will now receive a copy of the Application Link/Welcome Email.
