If you have an Admin account, you can manage users in Account Settings.
Where to Manage Users
π€ Navigate to the Upper Right corner in Decipher and click on the Person icon (π€). From there, click on User Settings in the drop-down.
Inactivate User
In User Settings, Click on the User and click the INACTIVATE button. The user will no longer be able to access Decipher. Refresh the page to confirm that the user is marked as Inactive. If you made a mistake, click the button again to activate the user. Note: this action should be performed for individuals who no longer work with your organization and will permanently be unable to access Decipher.
