When you set up New Users in Decipher, you will need to select the general role so that users have the appropriate permissions to view areas in Decipher as well as view certain areas of applications. The guide below should be used to help determine which role to use. Keep in mind that most permissions can also be restricted at the user level so this is a general role that will dictate the general areas in Decipher that a user is able to see and the general functions they will be able to perform. Specific fields can also be hidden, restricted, etc. and sales individuals can also be restricted to only view assigned deals. Please contact Decipher Support to determine the best role depending on how the individual will be using Decipher.
