You may need to run business credit reports on Parent companies, Affiliates, Customers, Vendors, Suppliers, etc. Manual reports are optional reports in addition to any reports that have been set up to automatically run as part of your underwriting rules when you Evaluate a prospect. Follow the steps below to run a manual report. Please note: charges may apply to manual reports at the current rate per report.

➑️ Step 1: Navigate to the prospect's Application and locate the category. For example, Parent companies and Affiliates are usually found under the Company Information tab while Customers/Vendors are usually found under the Financials section or Accounts Receivable/Payable sections. Locate the correct one.

Example 1: You want to run a report on a Parent company related to the Prospect. Parent companies/affiliates are found under Company Information. If the prospect included the parent company name on their application, it will pop up under Parent Company. If not, you can add the name/address.

Example 2: You want to run a report on your prospect's Vendors. They are usually found under Financials or Accounts Receivable/Payables tabs. If the prospect connected their accounting system, the customers and vendors should appear automatically listed. If not, you can manually add each one or upload them from a list.

🀚 Step 2: Click Run Report. When the report is ready, you will see the Reports button.

⚑️Step 3: Ensure the information is complete with full legal name, address, city, state and zip code. Select the data provider and click Get Report.

πŸ”Ž Step 4: Once a report is ready, click on the Reports button to view the report/any previous reports.

πŸŽ‰ Success!
