Overview of new features to manage Clients

There's a new way to manage Companies in Decipher. Improved features and more visibility to improve your productivity.

From Clients you can now:

πŸ“ Create Notes

πŸ“… Setup Tasks for yourself and teammates

πŸ‘€ See All Activity in one place relating to a Client

πŸ‘ See a list of Applications for the client and go to them quickly

πŸ”Ž Email Insights (delivered, opened, etc.) is now visible for Emails sent

πŸ‘₯ Email Partners, Vendors, Collaborators

πŸ“Ž See a list of All Files uploaded by the client

πŸ“ˆ Run a Business Credit Report on the client or a customer/vendor

What is new in Companies?

In order to improve your productivity, Decipher has released new features to help you better manage clients. You can now see all activity relating to a Company directly from Companies. You can send emails to brokers, partners, and collaborators directly from Companies, just type to search them! All emails sent from application detail are now visible in Companies. Email Insights are also now visible, such as if the email was sent, delivered, and opened. You can view a list of the applications the client has submitted and go directly to them.

Note: Emails sent from Companies will be visible from the Companies screen only as they may or may not be related to a particular application.
