How to view Email insights and track links

In Companies, you can now view Email Insights when sending emails. Once you compose and send your email from Application Detail or from Clients, you can view Email Insights. You can see activity such as Sent, Delivered, and Opened. You can also see if a Link was Clicked. You will soon be able to see additional insights too, such as the timestamp...stay tuned for the next release!

Email was Sent:

Email was Delivered:

Email was Opened:

Link was Clicked. A link you inserted into the Email was Clicked. To track clicks, when you create the email, select the "link" button and embed a link into any word (see below for guidance).

Need More Insights? Find out how many times an email was opened and clicked by clicking on the status "Opened", "Clicked" etc.

How do I Insert a Link into an Email?

When composing an email, type a word, then highlight it and select the link button and add the desired URL address.

Choose if a new browser window should open when they click the link by clicking on "Target: New Window". Now your link will be tracked.
