You can set up funding conditions and covenants as well as create notes associated with any document listed in your checklist!
Navigate to Document Checklist in any application to get started! Note: If you don't see a Document Checklist tab, reach out to our support team via chat to request it.

β‘οΈ Click on the "Document Checklist" Tab
Create a Note
π Step 1: Expand one of document categories and Click on the Note Icon.
βοΈ Step 2: Create a New Note. You can also create a follow up reminder on a task related to your note at the bottom of the note.
π View Existing Notes:
If there are existing notes, you will see a number appear next to the Note icon.
Set Up a Deal Condition
βοΈ Step 1: Click on the Task Icon

βοΈ Step 2: Set up a New Condition for yourself or a teammate. You can also choose to send an auto reminder and Decipher will email it to you when you choose.
βοΈ Step 3: The Pending Condition will show up as Red so you and teammates can view what's pending.
β To mark the Condition Complete, open it and click the check-mark or change the status to Complete/Satisfied.
The Completed Condition will no longer show in Red. It will show up in green when you click to create/view tasks.
View All Conditions
If you want to view all conditions related to documents and all notes, click on All Activity on the Top Right.

View the list of all activities, who is Responsible, Due Date and Status.
